In the next over Kohli tried to take the attack to Adil Rashid, but slapped a skiddy. Kohli makes room to go over mid-off but hasn’t gotten enough to clear the infield. The flat-batted strike is straight to Jordan who treks back just a bit and pouches it perfectly.
Dhawan was bowled by a rocket from wood. Dhawan tries to up the tempo, goes for a wild slog but is way too late on the shot. Ended up looking rather ugly, the dismissal. Wasn’t a percentage stroke at all.
Iyer show started in the 7th over when he smashed a boundary fine down the leg side off mark wood. It was continued till the 19.3th over when England’s left handed batsman Malan ran across to his right from deep and completed with a fine catch. In the very next ball Shardul Thakur was sent out to swing which he did with great relish, nailed the pull on the short delivery, But didn’t bother to keep it down, straight into the hands of Malan at deep backward square leg. Catching practice and Archer finds himself on a hat-trick.
In the meantime, Archer picked two cosecutive wickets in 2 balls. Jofra Archer has awarded the Man of the Match for his stellar show with the ball (3-23).

Jason Roy had earlier broken the back of the chase with a 32-ball 49.
Jos Buttler has joined the party in the last couple of overs as he has also started hitting boundaries.
