Q. Your performance as an attacking midfielder for NorthEast United was quite remarkable! And we certainly remember that screamer against Mumbai City FC. So how would you sum up your experience at ISL?
Pana : Thank you very much. I loved my time in the ISL. The leagues structure, the stadiums the pitches and especially the Fans. The fans are amazing I got so much love from them and I appreciate every single one that cheered or even booed for me.
Q. Tell us something about relationship with Serge Gnabry and Jérôme Boateng.
Pana : We have a great friendship they are cool guys, we hang out and go on vacations together. Just what friends do.
Q. A few words for the Ghanaian Icon and your ‘best friend next door’ Asamoah Gyan.
Pana : That’s my Partner. Duo. What a guy Asa is, extremely funny, and very outgoing. We complimented each other very well, and were difficult for the opponents to stop.
Q. Which footballer has been your inspiration while growing up?
Pana : Jerome, Serge, and Asa 🙂
I never really had an icon that I looked up to growing up. The one person I idolize is my father!
