Former India left handed fast bowler Irfan Pathan believes India Cricket will be unbeatable if they have all rounder like Ben Stokes.
Few years ago West Indies hard hitter Carlos Braithwaite said the same, according to him ‘Ben Stoke is an absolute legend’.
Former Indian fast bowler Irfan Pathan on tuesday said, “Indian Cricket will be unbeatable anywhere in the world if they have a match winning all rounder like @benstokes38 #matchwinner”.
The England all rounder played a knock of 176 in the first innings of the second test. And in the second innigs he scored a swift knock of 78 not out from just 57 balls. With this win England levelled the three match series against West Indies.
Last year Stokes played different roles along with his teammates and grab the world cup title. Later London based BBC Sports awarded Ben Stokes as “Personality of the year”.
Terming him as a “well Deserved Legend’ the England test Captain Joe Root expressed his gratitude towards him”.
