The sky blues of England are said to be the Favourites to land the Six time Balon d’or winner this summer. They are ready to pay ‘whatever it takes’ to lure him over to the Etihad Stadium and reunite with former manager Pep Guardiola. Manchester City believe they are in a pole position to sign Barcelona’s No. 10.
