India Vs Australia Day 2 match Report at Brisbane at the end of the 2nd day.

Tim Paine and Cameron Green were not out. On day 2, both Green and Tim Paine were determined to carry the hosts towards a big score. Tim Paine ensured the criticism heading into the Test match did not bother him as he notched up a fifty while Cameron Green was approaching yet another milestone. However, the partnership was broken by the Shardul Thakur.

This is the second time that Australia skipper Tim Paine has scored two fifties in a series in his whole career. Cameron Green ensured they got past 300 but he could not continue as he was bowled by Washington Sundar. The hosts added 95 runs to their overnight total . The 39-run partnership for the ninth wicket between Nathan Lyon (24) and Mitchell Starc (20 not out) hurt India. They finished their innings at the score of 369.

Rohit Sharma and Subhman Gill started the Indian innings. Pretty Soon after the start of the innings Subhman Gill (7) was dismissed by Pat Cummins with perfect line and length. Rohit Sharma was in touch and played some beautiful shots but again Rohit Sharma threw his wicket. Sunil Gavaskar also criticized his shot selection and told this is the reason why Rohit Sharma is not successful in this format.
