Who will be the next ‘Suresh Raina’ for Chennai Super Kings in the IPL?

Indian Premier League’s Yellow Army are going through a Turbulent phase at present. With some of their key players had tested postive for coronavirus, they will be lacking the ‘complete package’ of Suresh Raina.

On this Independence Day, alongside Captain cool, the Indian Middle order maestro also announced his retirement from cricket. This Independence Day was really a heart wrenching one for cricket fans all over the country.

But, surprisingly Dhoni has only retired from international cricket while Suresh Raina has waved goodbye to all cricketing formats. And the staff are worried since they haven’t got the alternative for Suresh Raina yet. Though some players have been shortlisted, still it’s becoming difficult to choose the perfect one.

The shortlisted players ad per reports are Yusuf Pathan, Manoj Tiwary, Cheteshwar Pujara, Hanuma Vihari and Dhruv shorey. But, one quality is still lacking and that’s Raina’s fielding ability which happened to be his main factor. He has also taken the most catches in the Indian Premier League history. Raina even had the ability to play a match winning inning at the time of emergence.

The decisions are yet to be made and the batting order still remains a mystery. Some rumours also claim that Raina may change his decision and return to play the Indian Premier League for this season.
