In an open conversation with the brilliant Rahul KP

The next guest on Star’s talk is none other than one of India’s brightest talent Rahul KP who became one of first player’s to represent India at the U17 World Cup.

He has been one of best standout performers for Kerala Blasters over the last two seasons and has taken the flanks by fire. The Junior Indian international spoke about his footballing journey in an exclusive interview with Sportskindle Media.

On being asked about his experience with Kerala Blasters and his new team-mates, Rahul said “I have had a great experience with the club so far. I’m extremely thankful for the opportunity Kerala Blasters has given me. My family and I are proud to be a part of the squad.”

Manjappada have always backed their side irrespective of what the results have been and he did not hold back to describe the best fans in the country for him and said, “Words are less to describe the fans of Kerala Blasters. They are amazing and the best in the country.”

Everyone has a favourite memory or a favourite match and when we asked Rahul about the memory that he would love to relive again, he said, “I’ll never forget my game against Mumbai City FC in the 2018 Super Cup, when I played as a part of Indian Arrows. Missed 5 open nets, but still scored a difficult chance. It was truly a memorable match.”
