One captain must know how to back his player and Sourav Ganguly was the perfect captain for that. he always trusted his players and in the 2011 World Cup winning team vast number of players were who played under Ganguly’s leadership. Backing Sehwag, MS Dhoni, Yuvraj Singh, Zaheer Khan and company. A leader on the field and off the field also. He took charge of BCCI last year the Board of Cricket Control in India as the President. He took upon challenge to revolutionise the cricket structure in India and he is indeed working upon it. He is conferred with the titles such as Maharaj, Prince of Kolkata, The God of Offside.
